Job summary

Ernst & Young Advisory Services Sdn Bhd in Doha is seeking a Senior Manager or Director to lead EY Energy Risk Consulting engagements across the GCC/MENA region. You will shape risk programs, drive delivery, and build client relationships with energy sector leaders.

You will oversee multi-disciplinary teams, advance business development, and mentor professionals while upholding EY’s values in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a relevant field.
• Master's degree or MBA preferred.
• 12–15 years of relevant professional experience in consulting or energy risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex risk consulting engagements for Energy sector clients across GCC/MENA.
• Advise on enterprise risk management, governance, internal controls, and transformation.
• Drive revenue growth through account expansion and proposals.
• Build and mentor high-performing teams across EY offices in MENA.
