Job summary

Scale AI, Inc. is seeking an EMEA Assurance Lead to oversee assurance programs across the EMEA public sector and commercial business. You will be responsible for designing EMEA-specific controls and managing compliance certifications, working closely with global teams and external partners.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cybersecurity compliance, particularly with UK and GCC frameworks, and possess strong communication skills. This role offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to drive critical security and compliance initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity compliance or related roles.
• Experience executing public sector assurance programs in UK, EU, or GCC.
• Familiarity with UK Cyber Essentials, ISO 27001 and other frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of data protection and AI governance requirements.
• Experience with controls mapping and audit coordination.
• Familiarity with cloud environments and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead assurance programs across GCC and UK for various certifications.
• Maintain and renew existing certifications and obtain new ones.
• Design EMEA-specific controls for regulatory requirements.
• Set priorities for EMEA assurance workflows.
• Support customer assurance activities and compliance discussions.
• Manage relationships with auditors and regulatory counterparts.
• Report on program health and compliance progress.
