Job summary

Employment is seeking a Security Learning & Development Specialist to lead assurance services, translate strategic objectives into operational programs, and manage teams across cybersecurity, information security and compliance assurance.

The role focuses on stakeholder engagement, accreditation support including NISCF, and continuous improvement of governance, risk, and compliance outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, or related field.
• 18+ years of relevant experience (if no degree).
• At least 5 years of experience in audit and assurance.
• Minimum 4 years of assessment or auditing in a specialized field.
• Proven hands-on experience in cybersecurity, information security, IT audit, and assurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, monitor, improve and maintain assurance services.
• Translate department strategy into actionable projects and programs.
• Provide solutions for challenges in assurance operations.
• Continuously improve department efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage teams within the department and ensure resource management.
• Coordinate with other departments on project delivery.
• Develop department objectives and key results.
• Follow up with top management on resources and requirements.
• Review development of deliverables related to NISCF.
• Manage tasks among the NISCF team.
• Assist in efficient operation of NISCF assurance services.
• Engage with stakeholders and provide expert feedback to operations.
• Interact with external stakeholders for assurance services adoption.
• Mentor and lead NISCF resources and certification specialists.
