Facilities Management & Maintenance Company, LLC is seeking a Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment, assist the team, and support continuous improvement in the department. You will report faults to Engineers and follow instructions from the TO and STO while maintaining safe, compliant work practices.

The role emphasizes adhering to the client’s standards, health and safety procedures, and efficient reporting of tool and spare part needs.

Formación

• ITI Certificate/Diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of regulations (e.g., OSHA, MSDS, NFPA, BS).
• Problem solving skills.
• Ability to work with tight deadlines and within constraints.
• Teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventive maintenance (PPM) on equipment.
• Carry out corrective tasks and complete them on time.
• Report faults, issues, breakdowns and damages to the Fault Reporting Center or Engineer, TO, STO.
• Assist subcontractors to perform assigned work.
• Follow the duty roster and report spare part needs and availability.
• Follow all instructions from TO, STO and Engineers.
