Job summary

Airswift is seeking a Construction Supervisor (Electrical & Instrument) to oversee electrical/instrument construction activities on Oil & Gas projects in Qatar. The role ensures safety, quality and schedule adherence on Brownfield and Greenfield sites, coordinating with Contractors, Sub-contractors and project teams.

The successful candidate will hold a BSc in Electrical/Instrument Engineering (or diploma), have 6+ years of EPC experience, and fluent English, with strong leadership and site

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical / Instrument Engineering or Diploma equivalent.
• Minimum of six (6) years broad experience in all phases of Construction planning, field execution and mechanical completion for Electrical/Instrument in EPC Oil & Gas Projects.
• Experience in Brownfield and Greenfield projects with Contractors and Sub-contractors, onshore/offshore and shutdowns.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Good IT skills with basic software (Excel, Word).
• Strong leadership and site control capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee all electrical and instrument construction activities.
• Ensure safety compliance and environmental requirements at site.
• Coordinate with Contractors, Sub-contractors and Third Parties.
• Interface with Project Engineering and QA/QC teams.
• Ensure Construction activities comply with PTW and project procedures.
• Monitor progress and report issues to Construction Focal Point.
