Job summary

Airswift is seeking a Construction Superintendent (Electrical) for a major Oil & Gas operator. Position is site-based at Ras Laffan Industrial City, Qatar on a 36-month contract with a residential status.

The role entails leading safety and technical execution for electrical installations, aligning with project schedules, and coordinating with contractor teams. Offered as a residential contract with a 6-days-per-week, 10-hours-per-day schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in sciences or engineering.
• 10 years’ experience on large oil/gas construction projects with supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Provide front line safety and technical leadership.
• Ensure safe, timely execution of electrical installation per schedule and standards.
• Review contractor electrical documents for accuracy.
• Maintain safety processes through contractor walk-throughs.
• Plan with contractor to mitigate schedule risks.
