Job summary

Petrotech Group in Qatar seeks an Electrical Condition Monitoring Engineer to evaluate and monitor the health of electrical equipment, identify potential failures, and ensure reliable, safe operations.

You will perform inspections, diagnostic tests, analyze condition monitoring data, troubleshoot electrical issues, and recommend corrective actions to minimize downtime while complying with IEC/IEEE standards and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in Partial Discharge (PD) testing and data analysis.
• Hands-on experience with MCSA and HV/MV equipment diagnostics.
• Knowledge of IEC/IEEE standards and electrical safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections and diagnostic tests for condition monitoring.
• Analyze diagnostic data and troubleshoot electrical issues.
• Recommend corrective actions to minimize downtime and improve reliability.
• Support regional industrial projects with technical reporting.
