Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a junior AI Operations Specialist to execute day-to-day physical AI operations, including data collection, model training support, and edge deployment. You will work with robotics, IoT devices, and digital billboards, collaborating with external vendors and internal teams from concept to live site deployment.

The role combines hands-on technical tasks with creative ideation to prototype new physical AI use cases while ensuring security, privacy, and Responsible AI standards

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in technical operations, deployments, or robotics.
• Hands-on experience with physical systems or edge hardware (e.g., Raspberry Pi, NVIDIA Jetson, Arduino) is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute data collection, annotation, and preprocessing for CV, NLP, and robotics models.
• Assist in installation, setup, and calibration of AI-enabled hardware and edge devices.
• Monitor uptime and health of deployments; perform first-line troubleshooting and escalate issues.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to coordinate deployments and test integrations.
• Brainstorm and prototype new physical AI use cases (smart billboards, edge analytics, etc.).
• Build rapid prototypes and demonstrate concepts to stakeholders.
• Ensure operations comply with security, privacy, and Responsible AI guidelines.
• Maintain a central log of deployments and incidents for product improvement.
