Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers as they arrive at the restaurant
• Present menus and provide information on dishes, specials, and promotions
• Take orders from customers and ensure accuracy
• Serve food and beverages following established standards of service
• Monitor tables to ensure guests have everything they need
• Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly and professionally
• Prepare bills, accept payments, and make change if necessary
