Qualifications

• Certifications in CPR and First Aid required.
• Experience delivering group fitness classes across levels is preferred.
• Any additional local/state mandated fitness certifications accepted.

Responsibilities

• Instruct group fitness classes (e.g., aerobics, spinning, strength) for all ability levels.
• Provide advice on correct exercise techniques and use of fitness equipment.
• Develop personalized exercise programs and offer fitness counseling.
• Maintain a fun and relaxing guest atmosphere; ensure safety according to SOPs.
• Assist injured guests and await EMS if needed; call for maintenance as required.
• Clean and maintain the recreational area and equipment; report hazards.
• Greet guests professionally and address service needs; protect proprietary information.
• Follow Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards and company policies at all times.
