Job summary

Fit Staff Recruitment Agency seeks an energetic Group Class Instructor to join a premium studio in Qatar. The role requires delivering diverse fitness classes across modalities and maintaining a vibrant client base.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience, CPR/First Aid, and certifications among Lagree, Pilates, Barre, or Yoga, with strong English communication and social energy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in fitness instruction.
• Valid CPR and first aid certification.
• Two or more of the listed certifications (Lagree, Pilates, Barre, Rhythm Cycle, Stretch, HIIT, Yoga).
• English speaking with conversational level at minimum.
• Energetic, Inspiring, Friendly, Engaging & Social.

Responsibilities

• Plans, leads, and performs a wide variety of fitness classes in line with gym strategy.
• Sets up and monitors classes and personal training sessions.
• Distributes online information and answers client questions; tracks progress toward goals.
• Promotes and sells group classes and personal training.
• Maintains client base and supports membership and package sales.
• Keeps up-to-date with exercise and fitness trends.
