Job summary

V2X in Qatar is seeking a Driver Operator Lead to supervise a team responsible for loading, transporting, receiving, storing and inventory control of materials and merchandise, ensuring safe, efficient, and timely operations with medium‑duty trucks, vans and forklifts. The role requires a Qatar‑issued driving license, at least five years of driving and forklift experience, and fluency in English.

You will lead daily tasks, support inventory reconciliation and work closely with the Logistics

Qualifications

• Qatar-issued driving license (Medium Truck) required.
• 5 years' experience operating vehicles and forklifts.
• High School Diploma required; local driver’s license for all required vehicles.
• Read, write and understand English; inventory management reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to accomplish tasks to standard.
• Load, transport and offload furniture, materials and equipment.
• Receive and maintain items in the Warehouse
• Restock custodial and furnishing items
• Manual labor as required (packing, unpacking, shelving)
• Receive, store, and sort unserviceable equipment and supplies for disposal.
• Move or transport materiel to other departments using Pallet Jack, Forklift or industrial truck
• Performs other duties and assignments as required.

Under the supervision of the Supply & Services Manager, the Driver Operator Lead supervises and leads a team responsible for loading and unloading, transporting, receiving, storing, and inventory control of materials and merchandise, ensuring safe, efficient, and timely operations. Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of Medium-Duty Trucks (5 13 tons), as well as vans, pickup trucks, and forklifts, in support of operational activities in Qatar.
