PPOAR in Al-Khor, Qatar is seeking an Experienced Truck Driver to operate trucks safely, load cargo, and plan efficient routes. You will coordinate with dispatchers and customers, ensuring on-time deliveries while adhering to safety standards.

The role requires at least 3 years of trucking experience, a valid Qatar license, and strong English communication skills. This position is based in Al-Khor with no accommodation provided, and visa/work eligibility in Qatar is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Truck Driver in the transportation industry.
• Valid Qatari driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Knowledge of safe driving practices and traffic laws in Qatar.
• Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Strong time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.

Experienced Truck Driver

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload cargo onto the truck using proper lifting techniques


• Plan routes to ensure timely delivery of goods to their destination


• Inspect trucks before and after each trip to ensure they are in good working condition


• Communicate with dispatchers, customers, and other drivers using GPS systems and radios


• Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery times


• Follow safety procedures at all times while driving and handling cargo

Requirements

Salary

We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this position.

Location

This position is based in Al-Khor, Qatar. Candidates who are already located in Qatar or have a valid work visa will be given preference.

Accommodation

This is a without accommodation job. The selected candidate will be responsible for arranging their own accommodation in Al-Khor.

Visa

Candidates must have their own valid work visa for Qatar. We do not provide visa sponsorship for this role.
