Avanta Works in Al-Rayyan, Qatar, seeks an experienced Wedding Planner to manage weddings from start to finish. You will coordinate venues, vendors, budgets, and timelines while ensuring client requirements are met with attention to detail.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and familiarity with local wedding traditions. Pakistani nationality or residence in Qatar is preferred.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as a Wedding Planner or Event Manager (minimum 3 years).
• A good understanding of local traditions and customs related to weddings.
• Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding communication skills (verbal & written).
• Pakistani nationality or residency in Qatar.

Responsabilidades

• Research venues, suppliers, and vendors in line with client requirements
• Prepare detailed budgets and coordinate with vendors to ensure cost effectiveness
• Create timelines for the event leading up to the day of the wedding
• Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide guidance on wedding decoration options
• Assist with the selection of catering services, photographers, music bands, entertainers etc.
• Oversee setup on the day of the event and make sure everything is running smoothly
• Monitor all costs associated with the event throughout the process
• Provide post-event evaluations to ensure customer satisfaction
