Qualifications

• Fluent English required; Arabic a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to discuss wedding vision and budget.
• Research and suggest vendors/venues within client preferences.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors on behalf of clients.
• Create detailed timelines and schedules for weddings.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure all details are in place.
• Oversee all wedding-day aspects including setup, decorations, catering, and transport.
• Handle issues or emergencies during planning and on the wedding day.
• Maintain client communication to ensure vision is executed.
