Job summary

Work standard in Doha, Qatar is seeking an experienced Merchandiser to join our team. You will manage product merchandising, analyze trends, and collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and appealing store presentations.

This role requires a Bachelor's in marketing or related field, prior merchandiser experience in retail, and strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. The position offers a monthly salary of 1,600 QAR plus benefits, with openness to candidates

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field preferred.
Proven experience as a merchandiser or relevant role in a retail setting.
Knowledge of retail marketing principles, merchandising techniques, and visual merchandising practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and take initiative with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Analyze sales trends and customer preferences to determine product assortment for the store.
Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.
Create visual displays and promotional materials to enhance product presentation.
Monitor stock levels and replenish as needed.
Ensure accurate pricing of products and maintain store shelves.
Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer queries and complaints promptly.
Attend trade shows and conferences to stay abreast of current market trends.
