PPOAR in Doha, Qatar is seeking an experienced Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations in our department. The role involves guiding staff to meet targets, ensuring safety and quality standards, and maintaining productive workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of supervisory experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff members and ensure that they are meeting their targets.
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback where needed.
• Create a safe and productive work environment.
• Provide guidance and support to team members.
