Responsibilities

• Analyze sales data to identify trends, anticipate customer needs and develop strategies for increasing store sales.
• Create product displays that are attractive and effective in promoting merchandise.
• Monitor inventory levels and order new merchandise to meet customer demand.
• Develop promotional initiatives to support sales efforts.
• Monitor competitive products in the market place and adjust pricing accordingly.
• Provide feedback regarding customer needs to the marketing department.
• Train store staff on merchandising techniques.
