Job summary

Ecojob in Doha is seeking an experienced Mechanic to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be offered a salary of 1100 and we are willing to consider foreign applicants for this position.

Requirements include proven mechanical experience, ability to diagnose using specialized tools, and a valid driver’s license with a clean record. A high school diploma or GED is required; trade school certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Mechanic in a professional setting.
• Ability to diagnose and repair vehicles using specialized tools and equipment.
• Knowledge of vehicle repair processes, procedures, and standards.
• Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma/GED equivalent; certification from an accredited trade school is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic vehicle maintenance such as oil changes, filter replacements, brake repairs, alignments.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with vehicles’ systems including electrical, brakes, suspension & steering systems
• Inspect vehicles for necessary repairs or preventive maintenance needs
• Repair or replace worn parts such as brakes, spark plugs, hoses and filters
• Test drive repaired vehicles to ensure proper performance and compliance with safety standards
