Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems with any type of automobile, including diesel vehicles.
• Knowledge of engine components, suspension systems, brakes, electrical systems, etc.
• Ability to read and interpret repair manuals.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Candidate must have a valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain a variety of vehicles such as cars, buses, trucks and other motorized equipment according to manufacturer's specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes and lubrications on various types of vehicles.
• Diagnose problems using diagnostic equipment such as computers or scanners and provide written estimates for repairs.
• Repair or replace broken parts on vehicles using tools.
• Perform tests on repaired vehicles to ensure that they are functioning properly.
• Respond promptly to customer complaints or requests for services or repairs.
