Qualifications

• Constructing, erecting and repairing brick or stone structures.
• Knowledge of concrete blocks, bricks, stones and tiles.
• Understanding reinforcement to prevent cracking.
• Set out lines with spirit levels and plumb lines.
• Cutting and shaping stone; mixing mortar and cement.
• Selecting materials by color, texture, size and shape.
• Insulating walls; pointing joints with cement mortar.
• Applying plaster finishes; waterproofing foundations.
• Work on ladders or scaffolding; comply with safety rules.
• Willing to relocate if required.
