Job summary

Abroad Work in Doha, Qatar is seeking a skilled Hotel Manager to oversee all hotel operations and guest services while leading a team to deliver exceptional experiences.

You will manage front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance, develop strategies, and ensure profitability. English proficiency required; Arabic is a plus. This is a full-time role with salary shown and benefits including accommodation and transportation allowances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience as Hotel Manager or similar role.
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage services, and maintenance
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve company goals and objectives
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing prompt and efficient service
• Train and supervise staff members to maintain high standards of service and professionalism
• Monitor budget and expenses to ensure profitability
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality services at competitive prices
• Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Conduct regular inspections of the hotel facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards are met
• Collaborate with sales and marketing team to develop promotions and attract new business
