Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in land surveying.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with CAD systems and computer aided design.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with legal documents is an asset but not required.

Responsibilities

• Survey land and advise on legal requirements, such as land boundaries and record maintenance.
• Perform measurements of the earth's surface using total stations, theodolites, GPS and other survey instruments.
• Prepare sketches, maps or reports using specialized software.
