Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Land Surveyor or in a similar role.
• Working knowledge of surveying software such as AutoCAD.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather survey data using total station, GPS, and other equipment.
• Prepare detailed sketches and diagrams for engineering projects.
• Analyze topographic maps to determine measurements of surface features.
• Determine property boundaries by researching deeds and legal documents.
• Monitor construction sites to ensure survey measurement accuracy.
• Generate reports on survey findings.
