Job summary

Deloitte Doha is seeking a Manager in Audit & Assurance to lead engagements, supervise teams, and ensure high-quality audits in line with international standards. You will interact with client management, support risk assessment, and deliver value through insights.

Applicants should have 6+ years of public accounting experience, a degree in accounting, and fluency in English; Arabic/English bilingual ability is preferred. This on-site role is based in Doha, Qatar.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in public accounting, auditing, audit management, preferably with big 4 firms.
• Extensive knowledge of IFRS and professional accounting standards.
• Fluent in English; bilingual Arabic/English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform audit engagements in accordance with applicable standards.
• Coordinate with engagement teams and client management to meet deadlines and quality expectations.
• Assess risk, design procedures, and review work papers for completeness and accuracy.
• Provide value through insights, raise issues early, and communicate with governance and clients.
