Job summary

Estithmar Holding Group in Qatar seeks a Marketing & Communications Director to lead strategy and execution across brand, digital, and content. You will guide cross-functional teams, optimize campaigns, and manage relationships with external stakeholders to drive growth.

The role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication, data-driven decision making, and a track record of delivering integrated marketing programs. GCC exposure is a plus and SAP familiarity is preferred.

Qualifications

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in crafting impactful messages.
• Proficient in data analysis and using insights to refine strategies and improve performance.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing tools, trends, and platforms.
• ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role (this point to be available for all roles that have SAP access).

Responsibilities

• Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistency across all channels, campaigns, and materials.
• Lead the development of compelling content for digital, print, and broadcast platforms to drive engagement and awareness.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
• Establish and maintain strong media relations, handle crisis communications, and enhance public perception of the organization.
• Plan and execute corporate events, trade shows, and promotional activities to maximize visibility and impact.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing and communications team.
• Develop and oversee the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.
• Define and track KPIs to measure the success of marketing initiatives and drive continuous improvement.

Job Experience

• Minimum 8 years working experience, 5 years in a relevant supervisory position, 2 years GCC experience is a plus
