Job summary

Moka & Co. is seeking an experienced Digital Marketer to plan, manage, and optimize all digital marketing channels and campaigns. The role focuses on increasing customer acquisition, sales, and engagement while shaping the company’s marketing strategy.

The candidate will oversee PPC, SEO, social media, affiliates, and display/retargeting, and work with internal teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts. This is a full-time, in-person position based in Qatar.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
Experience with CMS platforms and website analytics tools.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the annual digital marketing plan across PPC, SEO, Social Media, Affiliates, and Display/Retargeting.
Design and implement innovative digital marketing campaigns aligned with strategy.
Create engaging digital content to drive engagement and online presence.
Increase website traffic through SEO and PPC practices.
Establish and maintain a social media policy and framework.
Manage and moderate all social media platforms.
Oversee digital marketing budget and allocate spend across channels.
Produce regular digital performance dashboards and reports.
Collaborate with internal teams for integrated marketing efforts.
Design and create marketing materials and social media posts.
