Job summary

MUQAWLAT KUWAIT in Qatar seeks an experienced Design Review Engineer with Arabic language proficiency to join our team. The role emphasizes design review approvals, multidisciplinary coordination, and ensuring construction deadlines are met for large sewage treatment and pump station projects.

The candidate should review engineering drawings, manage stakeholders, and support construction activities while ensuring compliance with QCS/QHDM standards; a Qatar QID is required and Middle East

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Chartered Engineer status preferred.
• Minimum 15 years experience with at least 7 years in large sewage treatment plant and pump station projects.
• Strong experience in design review approvals and multidisciplinary project coordination.
• Knowledge of QCS QHDM and experience using the QDRS system.
• Proven ability to review engineering drawings, manage stakeholders and support construction activities.
• Experience handling design changes, resolving technical issues and ensuring project deadlines are achieved.
• Good understanding of approvals, handover and operational requirements.
• Middle East Qatar project experience is an advantage.
• Valid Qatar QID is required.
