Job summary

Raytheon in the United States is seeking a repair and return specialist to coordinate the repair and return cycle for failed material within the Qatar Patriot Sustainment Program. You will work under the Repair and Return Lead, ensuring ALCS compliance and delivering metrics to leadership.

Responsibilities include coordinating logistics, supporting audits, and providing weekly status reports to management. A DoD Secret clearance and ability to lift 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• 6 years of logistics related experience: Warehouse operations or production control
• Experience with WEBFLIS, PUBLOG, or similar software
• Able to lift to 50 lbs
• Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
• Experience presenting to leadership

Responsibilities

• Coordinate repair and return cycle for failed material
• Communicate with internal and external points of contact across maintenance and logistics operations
• Assist quality assurance with internal and external audit preparation
• Track internal and external inbound and outbound shipments and provide reports to management
• Ensure compliance with ALCS processes, policies, and procedures
• Provide weekly status reports to leadership and manage delivery of any Program CDRL requirements to the Customer
