Job summary

Raytheon on-site in El Paso, Texas, seeks a Repair and Return Specialist to coordinate the repair/return cycle for failed material, identify lessons learned, and support the CMU SOP. You will work with maintenance and logistics teams to ensure timely, compliant processing and reporting of shipments.

The role requires 6+ years in logistics, strong communication, and the ability to lift heavy material. US DoD Secret clearance is preferred; onsite only.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in fast-paced environments with timely decisions.
• Ability to adapt to austere and ambiguous environments.
• Minimum of 6 years of logistics-related experience.
• Ability to articulate software and tool requirements.
• Experience with WEBFLIS, PUBLOG, or similar software.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate repair and return cycle for failed material and identify lessons learned.
• Work for the warehouse repair and return lead supporting CMU SOP.
• Manage internal and external logistics support activities.
• Communicate with internal and external contacts across maintenance and logistics operations.
• Assist QA with internal and external audit preparation.
• Track inbound/outbound shipments and provide reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with ALCS and corporate asset visibility processes.
• Produce weekly status reports and support CDRL delivery to the customer.
• Develop depot repair materials list and manage procurement and delivery.
• Support program reviews, customer meetings, and status updates on repairs.
• Support Raytheon Manufactured Repairs with cross-business teams.
• May work outside standard hours; overtime may be required.
