Job summary

Lesha Bank LLC (Public) in Doha, Qatar seeks a Delivery Lead – Investments to own the delivery of the investment management platform and related governance across front, middle, and private wealth functions. You will manage vendor relationships, budgets, and risk with a strong emphasis on program delivery.

The role requires extensive investment technology expertise, formal project management credentials, and the ability to drive cross-functional teams in a fast-paced banking environment.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of investment management technology experience.
• Strong delivery background across multiple methodologies (waterfall, agile).
• Proven business analysis across front/middle office and portfolio workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of the investment management platform build-out and related program work.
• Apply appropriate delivery methods (waterfall, agile) based on risk and scope.
• Own tech work integrating with data sources, platforms, and third parties.
• Lead business analysis across front office, middle office and private wealth.
• Manage vendors and track spend against scope and budgets.
• Establish and govern PMO standards, templates and artefacts, and support CAB.
