Do you want to do work that matters, alongside supportive leaders who will help you grow faster than you ever thought possible? Are you a creative problem-solver who is energized by challenges? You’ve come to the right place.
You will work alongside consulting teams and directly with clients across the Middle East to deliver high-impact strategic engagements in the tourism, travel, and hospitality sectors. Your role offers exposure to a wide range of challenges and responsibilities, including developing industry analyses, tracking regional and global market developments, generating insights that inform client decision‑making across Middle East and international markets. You will work on complex challenges facing tourism, travel, and hospitality players across the region. As you build experience, you will develop deep expertise across these sectors aligned with national development agendas and contribute to client discussions by bringing data‑driven insights and structured problem solving.
You will also contribute to strengthening our proprietary knowledge assets, regional datasets, benchmarking tools, and rapid diagnostic capabilities tailored to Middle East markets, helping translate research and analysis into actionable insights for clients. You will be part of our Doha office as part of the Capabilities & Insights team focused on the tourism, travel, and hospitality sectors, contributing directly to client engagements in Qatar and across the rest of the region. You will be part of our global Client Capabilities Network (CCN), comprising more than 4,500 professionals worldwide. In this role, you will work alongside consulting teams as an integrated member of the engagement team, delivering analyses, insights, and structured problem solving to support high‑impact strategy and transformation programs for clients. Work may be conducted remotely or at client sites across the Middle East, and regional travel may be required.
Driving lasting impact and building long‑term capabilities with our clients is not easy work. You are the kind of person who thrives in a high‑performance / high‑reward culture – doing hard things, picking yourself up when you stumble, and having the resilience to try another way forward. In return for your drive, determination, and curiosity, we’ll provide the resources, mentorship, and opportunities you need to become a stronger leader faster than you ever thought possible. Your colleagues—at all levels—will invest deeply in your development, just as much as they invest in delivering exceptional results for clients. Every day, you’ll receive apprenticeship, coaching, and exposure that will accelerate your growth in ways you won’t find anywhere else. When you join us, you will have:
