Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, statistics, mathematics, economics, computer science, information systems, or related discipline.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in data analytics, business intelligence, consulting, advisory, or similar analytical role.
• Experience in professional services, consulting, financial services, or corporate environment preferred; consulting backgrounds welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Analyse business and operational data to identify trends, issues, risks, and opportunities, and turn findings into actionable insights.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualisations to support leadership and business teams with ongoing performance tracking.
• Collect, validate, clean, and structure data from multiple sources to improve accuracy, consistency, and usability.
• Support ad hoc analysis for strategic projects, business planning, client work, and process improvement initiatives.
• Present insights and recommendations in a concise, business-friendly format for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Contribute to better data governance, reporting processes, and analytical best practices across the organisation.
