Job summary

An experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Support Consultant is needed onsite in Qatar to provide day-to-day functional support in an enterprise environment, focusing primarily on HR with procurement and finance exposure.

The role involves handling user tickets, incidents, workflows, and ensuring smooth business processes while coordinating with business users and technical teams at the client site.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O functional support.
• Strong expertise in the HR module.
• Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps and enterprise integrations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Support HR-related processes and business requirements.
• Provide functional support for Procurement and Finance modules.
• Handle user tickets, incidents and service requests.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate with technical teams.
• Support workflows, approvals and business processes.
• Work with business users to understand and resolve application issues.
• Coordinate with technical teams on integrations and complex issues.
• Maintain clear documentation of issues, solutions and processes.
• Provide effective communication and support to enterprise users.
• Work onsite at the customer location in Qatar.
