Job summary

BSL seeks an experienced Technical Project Manager (Cybersecurity) to lead enterprise cybersecurity initiatives across IT, OT and infra domains in Doha. You will manage complex cybersecurity projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, align requirements, and ensure delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.

The role requires strong project management skills, deep cybersecurity knowledge, stakeholder management, and leadership to drive secure solutions and regulatory compliance across

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Master's degree (Good to have).
PMP and CISSP certifications.
10+ years of cybersecurity experience.
5+ years of project management experience for cybersecurity projects.
Experience managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams in large-scale cybersecurity projects.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity projects across IT/OT.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
Drive implementation of cybersecurity solutions and governance processes.
Collaborate with security architects and engineers to address technical requirements.
