Job summary

Swan Global is seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Project Manager in Doha to lead ISO 27001 implementation and related information security initiatives. The role requires extensive experience in governance, risk management and compliance, with proven leadership and stakeholder management abilities.

You will plan, execute, and deliver end-to-end cybersecurity projects aligned with client SLAs and international best practices, while developing staff competencies and maintaining robust

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field required.
• Minimum 10 years’ cyber security project management experience.
• Experience implementing ISO 27001 and related standards.
• Strong governance, risk management and compliance knowledge.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end cybersecurity and compliance projects including ISO 27001.
• Develop and maintain the ISMS to ensure standard compliance.
• Conduct risk assessments, gap analyses and audits.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors.
• Define scope, deliverables, timelines and budgets.
• Ensure documentation and governance-aligned execution.
• Provide training on cybersecurity policies and best practices.
