Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 3–5 years in curriculum coordination, instructional leadership, or academic management in an international school following the American curriculum.
• Strong knowledge of curriculum development, assessment frameworks, and instructional best practices.
• Experience coaching teachers and improving classroom performance.
• Experience with curriculum mapping, educational planning, and student performance analysis.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead collaborative teams and manage multiple academic initiatives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and educational management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, implementation, and review of the American curriculum across grades.
• Collaborate with leadership and staff to ensure curriculum alignment with standards.
• Support teachers through instructional coaching, mentoring, and feedback.
