Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 3–5 years in curriculum coordination or instructional leadership in an international school.
• Strong knowledge of curriculum development and assessment frameworks.
• Experience coaching teachers and improving classroom performance.
• Experience with curriculum mapping and student performance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, implementation, and review of the American curriculum across grades.
• Collaborate with leadership to align curriculum with standards and best practices.
• Provide instructional coaching, mentoring, and feedback to teachers.
• Plan and monitor curriculum mapping, assessments, and resources.
• Analyse student performance data to identify trends and interventions.
• Plan professional development sessions for staff.
