Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in Art/Design or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in art direction or similar role.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, etc.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Excellent leadership skills with experience managing a team.
