Art Director - Creative Design Specialist

Our creative agency is seeking an experienced Art Director to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As an Art Director, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the design and creative direction of projects for our clients. This role requires a high level of creativity, strategic thinking, and strong leadership skills.

• Lead and direct a team of designers to deliver high-quality work that meets client’s objectives
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide creative solutions
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and technology to continuously improve design concepts

• Guide the development of visual elements such as layouts, typography, color schemes, and graphics
• Oversee the production process to ensure quality standards are met

Requirements
