Art Director - Creative Design Specialist (Indian National)

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Art Director with experience in the field of graphic design and creative direction. As a key member of our team, the Art Director will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing innovative design solutions for our clients. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop effective design strategies
• Lead a team of designers to create visually appealing and impactful designs
• Develop concepts, layouts, and visuals for various projects including branding, advertising campaigns, website design, etc.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new design techniques to continuously improve the quality of work
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines
• Provide feedback and guidance to team members to ensure high-quality work is delivered
• Liaise with external vendors such as printers or photographers as needed

Requirements
