Job summary

Mekdam Technical Services is seeking an experienced professional based in Qatar to support senior business functions in the Oil & Gas sector. The role emphasizes oversight of contractor/subcontractor personnel, and experience with EPC Lump Sum contracts from an Owner's perspective.

The candidate should have ERP/PM system experience (e.g., SAP) and a strong background in planning, cost control, and risk management across major projects in a multi-lingual environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Commercial, Marketing, Sciences, Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain Management, Law, Communication, Technologies, Mathematics, and Statistics.
• 8 years in business functions; 4 years in Oil & Gas; 1 year supervisory or oversight of contractor/subcontractors/service/vendor personnel.
• Experience with EPC Lump Sum Contracts and multi-lingual contracts teams.
• Experience with ERP and PM systems (such as SAP) in Oil & Gas.
