Job summary

Airswift is seeking a Cost Control Specialist in Doha, Qatar, to act as the focal point for lifting discipline activities on major Oil & Gas projects. You will lead cost estimation, governance, and change management within the EPC phase, ensuring estimates and schedules are up to date and compliant with standards and regulations.

The role requires a strong background in cost control, scheduling, and project controls, with excellent English communication and experience on Brownfield projects.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in cost estimating, scheduling and project controls.
• Brownfield project experience and understanding cost/schedule drivers.
• Strong English communication skills, written and spoken.
• Proficient with MS Office and technical applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost estimation, negotiation and reporting during the EPC phase.
• Ensure cost estimates align with project schedule and plans.
• Coordinate cost control with PMT and other disciplines.
• Maintain MOC process and provide cost change management insights.
