Job summary

Sidra Medicine in Doha is seeking a Transport Coordinator to support the Line Manager in dispatching of materials from Sidra warehouse and coordinating transportation for visitors, VIPs, recruitment candidates and staff. You will help maintain safe, timely transport across Doha, arrange routes, liaise with drivers, and respond to emergencies, weather, or incidents affecting service.

JOB SUMMARY

The Transport Coordinator assists the Line Manager in the area of dispatching of materials from Sidra warehouse and transportation personnel to ensure safe, timely transportation of people such as, but not limited to:

• Sidra Visitors
• VIPs
• Recruitment Candidates
• Sidra Staff

Example journeys are trips to and from the Airport, off-site meetings, off-site interviews, site visits, school visits, housing visits and general business needs transport in and around the Doha area. The Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all Drivers are presented clean, tidy and fresh; assists in the development and maintenance of driving routes and emergency transport requests, as well as adjustments due to accidents, breakdowns, weather or other problems that may arise as a result of providing transportation services.
