Job summary

Want More in Al-Rayyan, Qatar is seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects from start to finish. You will ensure on-time delivery, adherence to budget, and high-quality outcomes while coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors and other stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and at least five years of project management experience in a similar role, strong leadership and communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Construction Project Manager.
• Excellent project management, budgeting, and leadership skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the construction project timeline and budget.
• Oversee site operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address issues.
• Manage project documentation and communication with all parties involved.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment needed for the project.
• Make decisions on changes or adjustments to the project plan as needed.
