Job summary

Want More in Al-Rayyan, Qatar is seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects from start to finish. You will ensure on-time delivery, adherence to budget, and high-quality outcomes while coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors and other stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and at least five years of project management experience in a similar role, strong leadership and communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Construction Project Manager.
• Excellent project management, budgeting, and leadership skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Profession Construction Manager City Al-Rayyan Qatar We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Al-Rayyan Qatar As the Construction Project Manager you will be responsible for managing the construction process from start to finish ensuring that projects are completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the construction project timeline and budget
• Oversee site operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Coordinate with architects engineers contractors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
• Manage project documentation and communication with all parties involved
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment needed for the project
• Make decisions on changes or adjustments to the project plan as needed

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager in a similar role
• Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
• Strong knowledge of construction processes techniques and materials
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints drawings and specifications
• Experience working with diverse teams and managing multiple stakeholders
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Preferred

• Indian nationality or previous experience working in India or the Middle East region is preferred but not required
• Fluency in English is preferred but not required
