Tanqeeb seeks an experienced Mechanical Construction/Project Manager for a major water treatment/desalination project in Qatar. The role requires owning site execution, leading 250–300 on-site personnel, and delivering measurable, billable progress through close client coordination and strong leadership.

The ideal candidate has hands-on PM experience on large industrial sites, with a track record of driving productivity and coordinating with engineers, QS and HSE teams to meet daily targets.

Responsabilidades

• Take overall control of day-to-day site execution and productivity
• Lead and drive the site team to meet daily, weekly and monthly targets
• Coordinate with client, consultants and other stakeholders
• Manage installation activities related to RO systems, DMF, piping and mechanical equipment
• Coordinate scaffolding, lifting, and heavy-equipment activities
• Monitor quantities and ensure documentation for progress billing
• Identify delays and bottlenecks and drive solutions
• Coordinate engineering, construction, QS, HSE and document control teams
• Maintain professional correspondence with the client
• Submit progress and productivity reports to senior management
• Take ownership of schedule, productivity, progress and deliverables

We are looking for a strong, hands-on Mechanical Construction/Project Manager who can take complete ownership of site execution and report directly to top management

The project is already fully mobilized, with approximately 250–300 personnel currently on site, including engineers, supervisors, QS, document control, HSE, skilled workers and supporting manpower

The selected candidate will be expected to:

• Take overall control of day-to-day site execution and productivit
