Job summary

Family Assist in Doha, Qatar is seeking a compassionate Live-In Caregiver for Elderly to provide personal care and companionship in clients’ homes.

The role involves assisting with daily living activities, medication reminders, meal preparation, health monitoring, light housekeeping, and accompanying clients to appointments. A contract basis with long-term opportunities is available; English communication and empathy are essential.

Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
• Must be physically fit and able to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Empathy and patience when dealing with elderly clients.
• Previous caregiver experience is not required but preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support to elderly clients.
• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Administer medication reminders and assist with medication management.
• Prepare nutritious meals and ensure proper nutrition for clients.
• Monitor health status and report changes to medical professionals.
• Perform light housekeeping such as laundry and cleaning.
