Family Assist in Doha, Qatar is seeking a compassionate Live-In Caregiver for Elderly to provide personal care and companionship in clients’ homes.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiver experience is not required but preferred.

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Live-In Caregiver for Elderly to join our team in Doha Qatar. As a caregiver you will be responsible for providing personal care and assistance to elderly clients in their homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support to elderly clients
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing dressing and grooming
• Administer medication reminders and assist with medication management
• Prepare nutritious meals and ensure proper nutrition for clients
• Monitor clients health status and report any changes to the appropriate medical professionals
• Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry cleaning and organizing
• Accompany clients to appointments or social outings as needed
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any concerns or issues to the appropriate supervisor

Requirements

• Must hold a valid biometric passport from an African country preferably from an English-speaking country
• Ability to communicate effectively in English written and verbal
• Previous experience working as a caregiver is not required but preferred
• Must be willing to work on a contract basis with the potential for long-term employment
• Must be able to live-in with the client and provide 247 care if needed
• Must be physically fit and able to liftmove up to 50 pounds
• Must have a strong sense of empathy and patience when dealing with elderly individuals
