Job summary

Four Seasons Doha is seeking a talented Bakery & Pastry Chef to lead production of breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts in our luxury hotel setting. You will ensure consistency of quality, monitor daily production, and support events with seamless pastry service.

The ideal candidate has experience in a luxury restaurant or hotel, a background in French pastry is a plus, and excellent command of English. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential to delight guests of our nine

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury restaurant or hotel
• French pastry background is a plus
• Excellent command of English
• High attention to detail and presentation

Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce breads, pastries, cakes, desserts, and other bakery products according to approved recipes and standards.
• Ensure consistency in product quality, taste, texture, portioning, and presentation.
• Perform mixing, baking, decorating, finishing, and other bakery and pastry production processes.
• Monitor daily production requirements and ensure timely preparation of all assigned items.
• Minimize food wastage and maintain effective portion and cost control.
• Properly operate and maintain bakery and pastry equipment and report any defects or maintenance requirements.
• Support the Bakery & Pastry Chef during daily operations, functions, and special events.
• Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

What You Bring

• Experience in Luxury Restaurant and related field
• Background in French Pastry will be an advantage
